The color is called electric red by this brand called Nail Addict Los Angeles. To create this set I used their gel base, matte top coat, and electric red.

I remember when Tay owned her nail shops in the city. Around 1999-2003 there was one in NoHo. One one Madison Ave and one in FiDi. I loved getting my nails done at her shops. I felt like a Vogue it girl 😍
